It is one thing to say that you want to lose weight, but until you actually make goals and get a plan together. Otherwise it’s just empty words. Focus on diet and exercise and list specific changes you will make. This will help you stay focused, so that you can give your attention to what you want your future to look like. Think about booking a a trip once you reach a milestone to celebrate.

Keep it in a prominent place in your closet. That way, you will look at it every day, and you will be able to remember why you are doing all this hard work. Remember this is your goal, keep that positive mindset, and you will get there!

Monitor how far you’ve come with your progress

This will keep your mind on your successes and help you to look back and see that you can do it, and that you are losing weight. Keep a weight loss journal and write in it as often as you can. This is a great way for you to evaluate how you’re doing, and if you find that something isn’t working, you can then change things up and try something new.
